Regulations
for participation in Stara Planina Fest "Balkan Folk 2004"Each participant in the International Festivals held in Veliko Tarnovo - "Euro Folk 2004" International Folklore Festival, in the "St. George 2004" International Festival for Orthodox Chants, in the "Euro Folk 2004" International Festival for Classical Songs and in the "Euro Folk 2004" International Festival for Orchestras and Individual Performers, which festivals are part of "Euro Folk 2004" Musical Feasts, has the right to participate with a program up to 30 minutes long in Stara Planina Fest "Balkan Folk 2004" without additional fees. During his/hers participation in these festivals each participant will also have performance on the stages of "Balkan Folk".

Those, who had filed an application form for the "Euro Folk 2004" International Folklore Festival, in the "St. George 2004" International Festival for Orthodox Chants, in the "Euro Folk 2004" International Festival for Classical Songs and in the "Euro Folk 2004" International Festival for Orchestras and Individual Performers, which festivals are part of "Euro Folk 2004" Musical Feasts, will automatically be assigned for participation with a program up to 30 minutes long in Stara Planina Fest "Balkan Folk 2004".
