Black Sea Fest "Euro Folk – Tzarevo 2004" will be held within the scope of "Euro Folk 2004" Musical Feasts - The world is television, which is in different European cities and countries from 29th April till 7th October 2004.

Musical Feasts “Euro Folk 2004” consist of eleven musical festivals and World applied conference “Traditional folk arts and contemporary information technologies”. Main event of the Musical Feasts “Euro Folk 2004” is Festival ¹1 in Europe of the traditional folk arts – Stara Planina Fest “Balkan Folk “. Every year in the Festival participate 15000 musicians, singers and dancers. Other typical festival of the Musical Feasts “Euro Folk 2004” is “Euro Folk – Russian island 2004” International Festival for Traditional Folk Arts– held in Moscow, Russia - where under preferential conditions take part the awarded with the Grand prix and First Awards from the other musical festivals “Euro Folk”. From the International festivals, that are held untill now, 6 groups – awarded with the “Grand prix” and 28 groups awarded with the “First Awards” are invited to participate in “Euro Folk – Russian island 2004” International Festival for Traditional Folk Arts.

Typical feature of Musical Feasts “Euro Folk 2004” is, that all performances are recorded with professional audio and television technics and the best of them will be broadcasted in Europe. Natural contination of this activity is “Euro Folk” International Festival for TV and Internet Musical Products. In this festival except television and Internet musical products of “Euro Folk” and “Balkan Folk” take part also specialists and products from other European and world televisions. All this activities realize the main purpose of Musical Feasts “Euro Folk 2004” – The world is television to make popular through the medias the traditional folk arts.

4. Folk-style Group at Community Center “G. Kondolov” - the town of Tsarevo, Bulgaria – Owner of First Award in category “Vocal Groups”.

5. Group for old-style urban songs “Vassiliko” at Community Center “G. Kondolov” - the town of Tsarevo, Bulgaria – Laureat of Black Sea Fest “Euro Folk – Tsarevo” 2004.

6. Vocal-instrumental group “Magia” – the town of Dulovo, Bulgaria - Owner of First Award in category “Author Song”.

7. Ensemble for russian folklore instruments “Jaleika” – the town of Nijni Tagil, Russia - Owner of First Award in category “Youth Groups”.

8. Folklore Group at Community Center “Exarch Anthim I” – the village of Brodilovo, Municipality Tsarevo, Bulgaria - Laureat of Black Sea Fest “Euro Folk – Tsarevo” 2004.

9. Folk-style Group for authentical folklore at Community Center “Iskra” – the village of Losenetz, Municipality Tsarevo, Bulgaria - Laureat of Black Sea Fest “Euro Folk – Tsarevo” 2004.

10. Representative Ensemble for source folklore “Madjare” at Community Center “Hr. Botev” – the village of Beguntzi, Municipality Karlovo, Bulgaria - Owner of First Award in category “Rituals”.

11. Model Children Choar “Alliluja” – the town of Tver, Russia – Owner of Grand Prix on Black Sea Fest “Euro Folk – Tsarevo” 2004.
